Well , here are some ideas to owners of the restaurant

1) find out what they have been doing so it works well ? make them talk in the meeting and give examples
2) What they can stop doing so it has no over all value ? again make them give example about it , in constructive criticism
3) what they can start doing to make things better
4) How can we be outstanding and do better in a hard competition
5)How to build long lasting relationships with clients
6)Different personalities and how to reach them
7) Understanding profits per dollars and how they can help
Make them understand their level of commitment and understanding how they effect the business.
